Little Champions
Ages 4-7
30 minutes
A fun, supportive introduction to martial arts for ages 4-7. Short 30-minute sessions build coordination, focus, confidence, and life skills like listening, respect, and self-control.

Juniors Taekwondo
Ages 7-12
45 minutes
For students ages 7-12 ready for the next step. 45-minute sessions blend fun, discipline, and challenge to build proper technique, confidence, focus, perseverance, and leadership on and off the mat.

Teens & Adults Taekwondo
Ages 13+
60 minutes
A dynamic, goal-oriented program for ages 13 and up — all experience levels welcome. Improve strength, flexibility, and endurance, learn practical self-defense, and build mental resilience, discipline, and confidence.

Summer Camp
Ages 4-13
Full Day
A full-day Taekwondo summer camp (7:30 AM drop-off to 5:30 PM pick-up) packed with daily Taekwondo training, enriching activities, and field trips. Building confidence, discipline, and teamwork all summer long.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.
No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.
Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.
We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.
We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character. Our program is rooted in the values of loyalty, discipline, and perseverance helping students grow into confident, respectful individuals both on and off the mat. We teach not just technique, but the mindset and spirit of true martial artists.
